The Mindful Valor Foundation, Inc.™ was founded by Kristin "Chief" Beck, U.S. Navy SEAL (retired), to educate and promote the recognition of traumatic events affecting personal development, well-being, adjustment and the fulfillment of a well-balanced, rewarding life.
Our goal is the development of resources to address and remediate emotional trauma. We are building online classes and resources to guide meditation, regulation, and other alternative therapies supporting emotional wellness.
